What are the x and y-intercepts (if any) of 1 divided by the square root of x-9?

y  = 1 /  √ [x - 9]

Note that the y intercept will occor where x  = 0....so

y  = 1  /√ [ 0- 9]   =   1  / √-9

However, since  √-9   is not a real number, there will be no y intercept

See the graph, here :  https://www.desmos.com/calculator/yv7yynz2um
