1:  An equilateral triangle has a side of length 12 inches. What is the area of the triangle, in square inches? Express your answer in simplest radical form.

2:  In triangle ABC, AB = AC = 5 and BC = 6. Let O be the circumcenter of triangle ABC. Find the area of triangle OBC.

3:  The medians AD, BE, and CF of triangle ABC intersect at the centroid G. The line through G that is parallel to BC intersects AB and AC at M and N, respectively. If the area of triangle ABC is 810, then find the area of triangle AMN.

(#3 isn't 8)

Thanks everyone!

Thanks so much Omi67!  Just wanted to check on #2 though, the area of OBC is 2,625?  Or are you using the French (I think it's French) system where , is a decimal point?

She is German, and in Germany they use "," instead of "." for decimal point that we use in the English-speaking countries. So, in Germany, and some other countries, 2,625 means 2.625 in other countries.
