How many ways are there to put 5 balls in 2 boxes if the balls are distinguishable and the boxes are distinguishable?

Hey Guest! So an easy way to simplify this question is: how many ways can you split 5 in two? Please tell me if this is incorrect but my thinking is that you can put 4 balls in one box and 1 in the other. In a similar way you can put 2 in one box and 3 in the other. When done in this way you should get 2. But you can also swap them since they are distinguishable so when you reverse then previous pairs you also get 2. So 2+2=4 . I believe the answer is 4 but I could be wrong.
