 Is (x+3)^2 + (y+7)^2=9 the answer?

I'm pretty sure that the equation would be 

(x+3)^2+(y+7)^2=49

 

i believe that the radius would be 7, meaning that the right side of the equation would equal 49.

Oh! so you got 49 by multiplying 7^2. That's where everything went downhill for me.
