14 hours is more than DOUBLE the time ....so the people required will be less tha 1/2 of the 4
I will assume you meant 1.4 hours instead of 14 hours
4 people * 6 hours /lawn / 1.4 hours = 17.14 people to mow the lawn in 1.4 hours
that is an additional 13.14 ~~ 13 additional people required to mow the lawn in 1.4 hours
