Looks like the distance, r, is 14 (not quite sure as my old eyes have difficulty reading the light blue numbers!).

The new coordinates would be (x', y') = (x+r*cos(θ), y+r*sin(θ)) where θ is the angle made by the blue line with the x-axis.
