([1/2]x^3 y^2  - 4y)^9

The 5th term is given by

C(9, 5 - 1) [(1/2)x^3y^2 ]^5 * [ -4y]^(5 - 1)  =

C(9 , 4) * [ (1/2)^5 ] * [ x^3y^2]^5 *  [ -4]^(4) * (y)^4  =

126  * ( 1/32)  * [ x^15 y^10 ]  * [ 256] * y^4  =

(126 * 256 / 32)  [x^15 * y^14 ]

1008 x^15 y^14
