Distributive property 'distributes the multiplication'

 

Here is an example     4 (12y + 6x)  =   4* (12y + 6x)  =  4 * 12y  +   4 * 6x   =   48 y  +  24 x   

 

 

Do you see how it is done?    Try to answer your question now.......

6(4x+3) = 64x + 18. 

 

6*4=24

6*3=18\

I dot know if this is correct or not

6 * (4x + 3)  =     6 * 4x    + 6 * 3   = 24 x   + 18
