The graphs of x^2-2x+y^2+10y=4x-8y+127. Find the radius of this circle.

Moving x and y terms to one side gets this: x^2-6x+y^2+18y = 127

 

completing the square: (x-3)^2+(y+9)^2 -9-81 = 127

 

Finally: (x-3)^2 + (y+9)^2 = 217

 

Now you can finish it up yourself.
