Help me please

I'm  assuming this is

3/x+3/y=11/10

5/x+18/y = 4

Multiply the first equation by  -5    and the second by 3  ....  this gives

-15/x  - 15/x  =  -5.5

 15/x + 54/y = 12          add these

          39/y  = 6.5

          39/y  = 13/2    and we can write

           y / 39 = 2/13   multiply by 39

           y =  39 * 2 / 13  =  78/13   =  6

And putting this into the second equation for, y....we have

5/x + 18/6  =  4

5/x + 3  = 4       subtract 3 from both sides

5/x  = 1      which implies that x = 5
