help with converting to rectangular from parametric plss ???

x   =  3cosθ + 2                     y  =   2sinθ  - 1  

x - 2  = 3cosθ                        y + 1  = 2sinθ

cos θ =  (x - 2)  / 3                sin θ  =  (y + 1) / 2

And    sin^2θ  + cos^2θ  = 1

So

(x - 2)^2                (y + 1)^2

_______    +       _________   =     1

    9                             4

This is an ellipse  centered  at  ( 2, -1)

x  is on the interval      (  2 - sqrt 9  ,  2 + sqrt 9)  =    ( -1  ,  5)
