+197 When I click image and go to image upload, I click choose file and it just shows me iCloud Drive stuff. I think admin needs to fix that by putting photos we have in the photo album.

+36916 What happens when you click the folder with the + sign on it.....just to the right of where it says iCloud Drive at the top?
+36916 OK...I just tried this on my ipad.....
on the screen that you uploaded click on the Browse at the upper left then you can choose On My iPad
(BTW iPad IS a computer...just not an Android or PC)
