Well....let's pretend that it's a perfect world  and the mower is contiuously cutting grass

And let's pretend that the plot of land is exactly 3ft wide  and it covers 4 acres

The number of sq ft in 1 acre = 43560

Then the  length  of one acre  = 43560/3 = 14520 ft

So....4 acres must be 4 times as long = 58,080 ft

And converting this to miles, we have   58,080/ 5280 = 11 miles  =  distance the mower  traveled in two hours

The car covers 132 miles in  the same time period

So...the car must be   132/ 11   = 12 times as fast
