That is the equation for a straight line....

Find the y axis intercept by setting x = 0

Find the x axis intercept by setting y= 0           Plot those points....then draw the line through them......cheeky

   Set y= 0       0 = -7/3 x + 2

                        -2 = -7/3 x  ---------->    x = 6/7   y = 0      plot that point

   Set x= 0    y = (-7/3)(0) + 2 ------->    x= 0       y = 2      plot that point then draw a line through the two points.....

y = (-7/3) + 2

The y intercept  is at  2   ⇒   (0 , 2)

The slope of the line  is  -7 / 3

Go down 7 units from (0, 2)   =  (0, 2 - 7)  =  (0, -5)

Go to the right by  3  units from this point  =   [ 0 + 3, -5)  =  (3, -5)

Plot the two coordinates in red   and draw a line through them....this is the graph

It should look like this   : https://www.desmos.com/calculator/ejl49oydio
