The math problem is unreadable with symbols. Try rewriting it normally.

Given that \(-3 \le 7x+2y\le 3\text{ and }-4\le y -x \le 4\), what is the maximum possible value of x + y?

\(-10\le \dfrac{5y}{2} - \dfrac{5x}{2} \le 10\)

\(-13 \le \dfrac{9x}{2} + \dfrac{9y}{2} \le 13\)

\(\dfrac{-26}{9}\le x+y \le \dfrac{26}{9}\)

Maximum possible value is 26/9
