what is the integer value for m such that the equation above can be written as the product of two adjacent positive integers?

For me I just did guess and check, starting with one and making my way up.

It has at least 2 solutions(it may have more than 2):

m =2 then the equation evaluates to 72 =8 x 9, and:

m =6 then the equation evaluates to 380 =19 x 20.
