I'm assuming that the double slashes mean this:

1 / ( 3x³·3y²·z² ) ÷ -2 / ( 3x²·2y²·2z² )

= 1 / ( 9x³·y²·z² ) ÷ -2 / ( 12x²·y²·z² )

Multiply by the reciprocal:

= 1 / ( 9x³·y²·z² ) x ( 12x²·y²·z² ) / -2

= ( 12x²·y²·z² ) x ( -18x³·y²·z² )

Cancelling:

= 2 / ( -3x )
