Since you can multiply numbers in any order, I would suggest rearranging the problem to get this:  (9)(5/3)(x + 9)

Multiplying (9)(5/3) =  15

Now you have:  15(x + 9)

Use the distributive property:  15(x) + 15(9)  =  15x + 135
