A weight is attached to a spring. The weight moves up and down periodically. The displacement, y, of the weight is modeled by this function, where t is the time in seconds. What is the displacement of the weight when t = 6?

The displacement is the location when t = 6.

Put 6 in for t in the equation and find the value:  9.6cos[ (2π)/6·(6) - π/2 ]
