angle TUV is bisected by angle UW. The measure of angle TUW is 53 degree.

I suspect that the questioner meant that angle TUV is bisected by UW.....and I suspect that he/she wants to know the measure of TUV.....and as Alan stated, it = 106 degrees.

If the question is "what is angle TUV?", then because it is bisected it is just twice TUW, or 106 degrees.  

If this isn't the question, you need to state what it is, or, as rosala noted, supply a picture.
