[ (32·x^5·z^10) ]^(1/5)  =  [ (2^5·x^5·z^10) ]^(1/5)

Since it's a power to a power, multiply the exponents together:

[ 2 ^ ( 5 · 1/5) ] · [ x ^ ( 5 · 1/5) ] · [ z ^ (10 · 1/5) ]

=  2^1 · x^1 · z^2

=  2xz²
