can you please make a that could read inequalities by multiplication and division

I'm don't quite understand the question; so someone else may give a better answer ...

But, this might help:

If you are solving an inequality that requires multiplication or division:

1) If you multiply or divide both sides by a positive number, keep the direction of the inequality the same.

    Examples:       2x > 12                                            x/5 < 3

                            x > 6   (divide by 2)                            x < 15         (multiply by 5)

2) If you multiply or divide both sides by a negative number, switch the direction of the inequality.

    Examples:       -2x > 12                                            -x/5 < 3

                            x <  -6   (divide by -2)                           x > -15         (multiply by -5)
