In the two factored term, does the last number of the first factor when multiplied by the last number of the second factor have an answer of -22? If so, it is a possible answer; if not, it isn't.

Now, does the last number of the first factor when added to the last number of the second factor have an answer of +9? If so, it is a possible answer; if not, it isn't.

There is only one possible answer that answers both of the above questions "Yes!"
