We know that $f(3)=4$, this will be very important. 

Now, in the second equation, notice that we have $f(2x/3)$. The only value of f(x) we know is when the x is 3. 

So, we want $2x/3=3$. 

Solving for this, we get $x=9/2$

So, now we have 

$y=(5 + f(3))/11\\ y=(5 + 4)/11\\ y=9/11$

This means that $(9/2, 9/11)$ must be on the graph.

So our answer is $(9/2, 9/11)$
