So, the question is about functions, and it asks me to find an appropriate graphing window for the following linear functions, and then it asks me to fill in the blanks showing the lower and upper values and to include the scale for each axis. 

Well this is what the question looks like  

for example lets say use some random equation but this is what the problem looks like 
____________________________________________________________________

Appropriate Graphing Window: 
\(f(x)= 1/10x+1 \)
\(x: \)                     by \(y:\)

\(x-scale:\)               \(y-scale: \)

and then theres a picture of an empty graph here.

I really don't know what a graphing window is, like do they mean the graphic window on a graphing calculator? 
and i dont know what they mean by lower and upper values, nor do i know what they mean by the scale for each axis. 

If anybody could explain to me what they mean by this... I will be grateful eternally :')
