I'm not sure what you want:

1) If your angle is measured in radians and has size 0.3333, then use the calculator on this site -- make sure that you place the calculator in radian mode, hit (sin), enter 0.33333, and press (=).  The answer is about 0.327.

2) If you are looking for the size of the angle, and the value of sin is 0.33333, then use the calculator on this site -- press (2nd), (asin), enter 0.33333, and press (=). The answer is about 19.5°.
