1)  x > -3   --->   (-3, ∞)           x ≤ 3    --->   (-∞, 3]          or:  union:      (-3, ∞)  ∪  (-∞, 3]  =  (-∞, ∞)

2)  4x + 3 ≤ 11   --->   x ≤ 2   --->   (-∞, 2]

     6x > 25   --->   x > 4 1/6   --->   (4 1/6, ∞)         or:  union:    (-∞, 2]  ∪  (4 1/6, ∞)

3)  3x - 9 < -18     --->  x < -3   --->   (-∞, -3)

     -6x + 2 > -28   --->   x < 5   --->   (-∞, 5)         and:  interesect:  (-∞, -3)  ∩  (-∞, 5)  =   (-∞, -3)
