To change a decimal into a percent, multiply by 100.

therefore,  .25  as a percent is  .25 x 100  =  25%.

10 is also a decimal, because  10  =  10.00

So, multiply  10 x 100  =  1000%

10% you just take the number and add a % at the end of it :)
