what is infinity as a fraction?

It isn't ... however, if  n  is a positive number that gets closer and closer to zero ...

(for instance, n = 1, then n = 0.1, then n = 0.01, then n = 0.001, etc -- never stopping)

then the fraction 1/n will get larger and larger, never stopping, so the answers approach infinity ...

but, at no time, will 1/n = infinity.
