Why can some people edit and others cannot?

Hi Heureka and others,

Heureka, I have noticed that you are able to edit your posts.  Most of us cannot do that and I am wondering what is different about how you do things.  I thought it might be the browser that you are using...  Can you halp us work this out please?  Do you have any other theories?
