OK....tracing this one through

We know one angle not between the sides (SSA)

A > 90

a < b

No triangle possible

First question:  How many side lengths are known?  You know 2, a and b so go to the lower right.

Do you know the measure of one angle not between the sides?  Angle C is between the sides; angle A is not; the answer is Yes so drop down to the next question.

Is angle A >= 90?  Yes, it's 95, so drop to the right.

Is a > b? No, it's not, so drop to the left -- No triangle.
