Elizabethan collars can be different but this is about the most simple of them

It is just annulus.

The area of one side is πR2πr2

Where R is the big radius and r is the inner radius

Yes and it has got depth as well. (Considered minimal for this exercise)

I thought that the poster could double the number all by him/herself!
