Do you mean $9^2-\dfrac{3^3}{2^4+11}$ ?

$9^2-\dfrac{3^3}{2^4+11}\\ = 81-\dfrac{27}{16+11}\\ =81-\dfrac{27}{27}\\ = 80$

Definitely a funny question. Such a complicated expression can give a simple answer. :D
