9x^3  -3x  + 1  + h(x)  =  3x^2  - 5x + 3

h(x)  =  [ 3x^2 - 5x + 3  ] -  [ 9x^3  - 3x + 1 ]

h(x)  = -9x^3 + 3x^2 - 2x + 2

CORRECTED  !!!!
