How do i multiply two scientific notations?

Multiply the number times the number, add the exponents of 10 together.

For example:  (3 x 10^7)  x (5 x 10^6)  =  (3 x 5) x (10^7 x 10^6)  =  15 x 10^13  = 1.5 x 10^14
