8 x 1/2  =  4

(1/2)^2 - 4  =  1/4 - 4  =  1/4 - 16/4  =  -15/4

Now, you have:  (4) / (-15/4)  =  4 x 4/-15  =  - 16/15                   (To divide, multiply by the reciprocal.)

The answer is  -16/15  not  -15/16
