i need help easy math problem

Sorry Aziz but I am going for bugzy's interpretation of the question.  

$$\\9*2\frac{1}{3}\\\\ =9*\frac{2*3+1}{3}\\\\ =9*\frac{7}{3}\\\\ =\frac{9*7}{3}\\\\ =\frac{\not9^3*7}{\not3^1}\\\\ =21$$

OK so you have 9 times 2 1/3... what your going to do is turn 2 1/3 into an improper fraction and that would turn it into 7/3. Then you would make 9 a fraction by putting 1 as the denomanitor.

SO you have 9/1 * 7/3... you mulitpy across and you would get 63/3. You can simplify that by 3 and you would get 21/1. 21/1 equals 21.

So... 9 * 2 1/3 = 21

9(2 1/3) as in 9*(2*1 / 3)?

If so, 9*(2/3) = 9*2 / 3 = 18 / 3 = 6.
