solve by elimination method

2x-5y=3

-2/5x+y=3/10

-------------------------------

solve the system of equations

3x+4y=15

2x-5z=-3

4y-3z=9

I've edited my previous post to replace the matrix method with a simpler one (and hopefully, used the correct data at the same time!).

The first set has no solutions (Multiply the second equation by -5 and you get 2x -5y = -3/2 which cannot hold at the same time as 2x - 5y = 3)

I entered the wrong data in the matrix approach!  But since that approach isn't one you understand, here's how to do it by a process of elimination:

simultaneous equations
