If i had these numbers and i needed to minus 65.26 from each number and then square that number... then take the total of all the answers and then get the squared root of the the total and divide it by 11 what is my answer? here are the numbers to use to minus the 65.26 from; 58 60 63 64 65 66 66 67 67 68 69 70

The result of doing exactly what you specified is 1.069.

However, it looks to me as though you are trying to calculate the standard deviation of this data set, in which case you need to divide by 11 before taking the square root.  Also, the mean of the data (the value you are subtracting from each number) is 65.25 not 65.26.  If it is the standard deviation you really want then the result is 3.545.
