What do you do in slope when the larger number is on top? (Geometry)

If you want to find the angle use atan(slope).  Unlike sin and cos, the tangent function is quite happy dealing with numbers greater than 1.

Nothing!  It is perfectly acceptable for the larger number to be in the numerator.  This just means your slope is greater than one.
