zegroes is correct.

There is no last digit of pi, and no chance that there ever will be!   If it had a last digit it would be rational, that is, it could be expressed as the ratio of two whole numbers.  However, pi has been proven to be irrational, which means it cannot be expressed as a ratio of two whole numbers.

Well, there is no definite end as of this moment, but it makes sense that it will be either 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 0 (of course, this only applies if an end is ever found).
