The problem is 235 ft^2=_________in^2

I fugured it out, but why would the answer be 33,800 and not 33.84?

Then (1 foot)² = (12 inches)² = 144 in²

to convert 235 ft² multiply by 144 in²/ft² to get 33,840 in²
