Thanks. why is the cooling fan so important?

Okay. Before, the fan just stayed on when the computer worked.

Now, it only turns on and off in 2 seconds.

Will ask my parents to do it. 

Can you show me an image of how to clean it please?

Umm, I am confused...Do I do it unplugged, or do I do it plugged?

On the front rear, does the fan look like a circle?

It still won't turn on!

I mean the computer so I can clean the fan.

How do I take it apart?

I feel air in the rear. Is it the fan?
