Hope ya feel better.....i was miserable for a week when I had the flu back in December....I was hoping to die...but somehow suffered through!
Nice, Nickolas....but don't forget your UNITS. 120 ounces
In future years...if school is anything like it 'used to be' ....only partial credit will be given for answers without the units!
Each side length will be multiplied by 4.........
No problem for me either.....are you sure your keyboard is set to 'degrees' and not 'radians' ? Haha

Agree with Tertre....
5a^2-22a - 15 = 0
Use Quadratic Formula (as Tertre posted) a = 5 b = -22 c = -15 to find the possible values of 'a' in the equation
20 socks total 1st sock white 10 out of 20
now there is only 19 socks left (9 of which are white) so second sock white is 9 out of 19
10/20 x 9/19 = 90 / 380 = 9/38
If that is the side lengths of a rectangular prism ( a cube) l x w x h = 1 x 1 x 1 = 1 cubic unit.
I see a diagram....but no question. A' is A translated across the y-axis.
Distance between the two points is given by the distance formula
(2a-4)^2 + ((a-4)--1)^2
4a^2 -16a+16 + a^2-6a +9 = (2 sqrt10)^2
5 a^2 -22a + 25 = 40
a = 5 or -3/5 (by Quadratic Formula)
5 * -3/5 = -3
