We can start off by prime factorazation the 48 = 2^4 x 3^1

                                                             and 56 = 2^3x7^1

Now multiplying the highest exponent prime factors to calculate the LCM of 48 and 56.

LCM(48,56) = 2^4 × 3^1 × 7^1
LCM(48,56) = 336

First, we observe that the graph of y=f(x) consists of line segments, connecting the points (-4, 4), (-1,0), (0,2),  and (4,-4).

So to plot the graph of y=g(x) we can apply the transformation  \((a,b) \to \left( 3a - 1, \frac{b}{2} \right)\) to each of these points, and then connect them. This gives us the points (-13,2), (-4,0), (-1,1), and (11,-2).

We can start with cases

Case 1: How many of the one digit numbers have the digit 1? We easily know that there is only 1

Case 2: How many of the digit one is written from 10-19? We count that there are 10 digit ones in the first digit and one digit in the last digit. This gives us 11 digit 1 written.

Case 3: How many of the digit one is written from 20-49. There is only three which is 21, 31, and 41.

This gives us the total of 15 digit one written.
