pi is irrational and have infinite decimal places, also cannot be represented by a fraction. That's good you have an estimation. But I have a better one.

= \(\dfrac{1}{10^4}\times \dfrac{1}{10^x}\)

=\(\dfrac{1}{10^4\times10^x}\)

=\(\dfrac{1}{10^{x+4}}\)
