A rational Number is a number that can be evenly divided by a whole number. Such as 4. 4 can be divided evenly.  However, π cannot, because it cannot be divided by a whole number.

I think I got that correct.

Theres one slight problem with your answer. It should be 4^2/2=16/2=8, not 4.

So, with the change, the total becomes: 8+12-6=20-6=14.

Yes, 2/3=8/12.
