Umm!i just wanted to ask you one thing Mari , are these home work questions we are all answering!

Then whatever they r i just cant see them , the main bits which are showing the amount or numbers!

$$x*x*x*x*x=x^5$$ $$ANSWER$$ 

(as ther are 5 x's we are multiplying so we'll take the power of x as 5)

So we'd solve this like;

$$2x-8y+3x^2+7y-12x$$  ( now we will place the like terms together)

$$=2x-12x-8y+7y+3x^2$$  (now we'll simply solve them)

$$=-10x-y-3x^2$$  (now we'll place them in a proper order)

$$=3x^2-10x-y$$  $$ANSWER$$

So your ANSWER IS THE second option!

Mari out here i think the answer is the third option whcih says " 4r+ 3b" because here we are to add the total number of points we've collected through the marbles and not subtract them!
