So we would solve this like
As the first fraction is a mixed fraction so to solve it we need to first convert it to an improper fraction!
$$1\frac{3}{4}$ $divided $ by$\frac{1}{2}$$ ( so now to convert the first fraction to an improper one we will multiply 4 by 1 and then add 3 to it)
$$=\frac{7}{4}$ divided by$$ $$\frac{1}{2}$$ ( And now we will reciprocate the second or the fraction on the right side and also change the division sign to multiplication one)
$$=\frac{7}{4}*\frac{2}{1}$$ ( and now we will cross multiply them)
$$=\frac{7}{2}$$ ( we have got this after we had cut 2 and 4 , and now we can transform this into two forms which will then give us our two types of answers)
$$=3\frac{1}{2}$$ $$ANSWER$$ ( answer as a mixed fraction)
or
$$=3.5$$ $$ANSWER$$ ( answer in decimal form)
i hope u have understood by now but if not then pls be free to ask!
i hope this helps!
