So we would solve this like
First we will place the like terms together and then start solving
$$3x+\frac{2}{3}+4x-\frac{1}{6}$$
$$=3x+4x+\frac{2}{3}-\frac{1}{6}$$ ( and now we will first add 3x and 4x , we could do the two parts of the expression together but this may not help u learn easily if we solve the two parts together)
$$=7x+\frac{2}{3}-\frac{1}{6}$$ ( and now we will solve the second part, here we have to make both the fraction have ame denominator se we will do it like this $$\frac{2}{3}\frac{*}{*}\frac{2}{2}=\frac{4}{6}$$ , this has given us the first faction and we dont need to do this with the sacond fraction as it already has a denominator 6)
$$7x+\frac{4}{6}-\frac{1}{6}$$ (and now we will simply subtract the two fractions)
$$=7x + \frac{3}{6}$$ ( as we can reduce 3/6 and change it into 1/2 so we will do it like that)
$$=7x+\frac{1}{2} $ ANSWER $$$
